Letters from a Jail Cell

$25.00$37.50

At the end of one’s life many things become clearer. For the next 6 lessons, we will be taking a look at points the Apostle Paul tried to make to the churches that he loved. All of these lessons will come from letters he wrote as he sat in a prison cell, not knowing what would happen with his life. He wanted his children in the Lord to know a few doctrines without question.

Description

We all know the story of the Old Tycoon who comes to the end of his life and realizes how he wasted his life in search of worldly things and wants to know his family better.

We will begin in Ephesians and lean about “Our Life in Christ”. We will stay in Ephesians and be reminded of “The Armor of God” offered to every believer. From there, we will go to the book of Philippians where we will learn “The Mind of Christ” and how all things must be “Considered Rubbish” for Christ’s sake. Our final 2 lessons will come from Colossians and Philemon. They will show us our “Freedom in Christ” and simply “Forgiveness”.

It is my prayer that you take these lessons and hold them dear to your hearts. In the same way that I often think back to good advice left me by my grandfather, we should often think back to the excellent advice left by Paul, one of our many great examples from God’s Word.
